Marination ingredients:
- coriander leaves bunch 3-4
- chicken
- green chili 8-10
- garlic paste 3-4 teaspoon
- vinegar
- salt
Marinate chicken with above paste (above ingredients are mixed in a mixer grinder) for 3 hours
additional ingredients:
- bay leaf 1
- shahi elaichi 2
- onion 2 paste
- mustard oil
- lemon extract 2 teaspoon
Procedure:
- Heat mustard oil. Add bay leaf and elaichi. Add onion paste. Heat and simmer for 5-10 mins. Add marinated chicken. Adjust salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 mins. Keep checking once in a while.
- If needed a bit of whipped curd can be added to get to desired consistency.
