Coriander chicken


Marination ingredients:

  • coriander leaves bunch 3-4
  • chicken
  • green chili 8-10
  • garlic paste 3-4 teaspoon
  • vinegar
  • salt
Marinate chicken with above paste (above ingredients are mixed in a mixer grinder) for 3 hours


additional ingredients:

  • bay leaf 1
  • shahi elaichi 2
  • onion 2 paste
  • mustard oil
  • lemon extract 2 teaspoon


Procedure:


  1. Heat mustard oil. Add bay leaf and elaichi.  Add onion paste. Heat and simmer for 5-10 mins. Add marinated chicken. Adjust salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 to 40 mins. Keep checking once in a while.
  2. If needed a bit of whipped curd can be added to get to desired consistency.
