Pua





1 cup flour
half cup suji
2 cups milk
sugar to taste
dry fruits crushed (optional)

Mix all in a bowl. The cake mixer can be used to mix. Let the batter stay for n hour.
Fry the pua just like puri.

Tip: If you like the pua crispy, batter should be of thinner consistency, but the puas might split apart. If you like it softer, the batter can be like dosa batter towards the thicker side.
