Quick fish curry

Ingredients:

  • Fish
  • Oil to fry fish (Mustard oil)
  • About 1 tablespoon oil to cook curry
  • Turmeric, 1 teaspoon chill powder, sugar(optional), salt to taste
  • Kalonji - 1 tea spoon
  • Dry red chilli -2
  • Panch phoron - 1 tea spoon
  • Coriander leaves

    Procedure:

    • Fry Marinated fish in Mustard oil. Keep aside.
    • Use about 1-2 tablespoon oil,  when its hot, add kalonji, panch phoron, dry red chilli, turmeric, red chilli powder, a little salt
    • Bring gas to simmer, add water, allow to simmer for a min or two
    • Add fried fishes
    • Garnish with coriander leaves
