Ingredients:
Procedure:
- Fish
- Oil to fry fish (Mustard oil)
- About 1 tablespoon oil to cook curry
- Turmeric, 1 teaspoon chill powder, sugar(optional), salt to taste
- Kalonji - 1 tea spoon
- Dry red chilli -2
- Panch phoron - 1 tea spoon
- Coriander leaves
Procedure:
- Fry Marinated fish in Mustard oil. Keep aside.
- Use about 1-2 tablespoon oil, when its hot, add kalonji, panch phoron, dry red chilli, turmeric, red chilli powder, a little salt
- Bring gas to simmer, add water, allow to simmer for a min or two
- Add fried fishes
- Garnish with coriander leaves
