Ingredients:
Procedure:
- 10- 15 pieces fish (marinated with turmeric, salt, chili powder, fry in mustard oil and keep aside)
- 2-3 tablespoon yogurt
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- to taste red chili powder
- a pinch of turmeric
- 8-9 pieces crushed garlic - paste
- 1 teaspoon methi seeds
- 1 stem kariya patta
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 onion - paste
- 1 tomato - paste
- 2-3 table spoon mustard oil
- salt to taste
Procedure:
- In a pan, heat mustard oil. Add methi seeds, kariya patta. When the seeds splutter
- Add garlic paste, onion paste. Cook for 5 min, and add tomato paste. Add the spices, salt, turmeric, chili and coriander powder
- Simmer for 5-10 min. Add yogurt and simmer for 2-3 min. Add some lemon juice for flavor.
- Add fried fish. Cover and simmer for 5-7 min.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
