Quick fix dinner/ Grilled chicken

First steps first:

Buy marinated chicken drumsticks. Buy whole lot of buns.

Rainy day quick fix:

• Remove the chicken tray from the freezer in the afternoon if you plan to cook for dinner
• At dinner time, preheat oven at 450 F for 10 min. Oil spray the baking tray. Pierce holes on the drumsticks with a fork and place them on the tray. Spray oil on top. Bake for 20 min. Turn over and bake for 15 min.

Bun:

• Add butter on a pan. Heat the buns on pan till a little golden brown.

Salad:

• Add onion stripes and coriander leaves. Sprinkle salt and a little chili powder. Add lemon juice.
