Marination ingredients
- ginger garlic paste
- chili powder
- coriander powder
- salt
- chicken
Marinate chicken with the ingredients above. After half an hour, fry in oil.
Curry ingredients
- cumin seeds
- onion
- ginger garlic paste
- coriander seeds
- red chili
- kasuri methi
- green chili
- tomatoes
- water
Cook the spices above. Mix the above ingredients in a mixer grinder.
Procedure:
In a pan add dollop of butter. Add mixed gravy. Let it simmer for 10 min. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add fried chicken pieces. Add a bit of tomato ketchup. Simmer for 10 min. Top up with garam masala powder. Garnish with coriander leaves.
